By downloading, installing, or using SupplyPoint Vault, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app. Simple as that.
SupplyPoint Vault is a personal inventory and record-keeping tool. It is provided for informational purposes only.
It is not a firearm registration system, legal compliance tool, safety device, or training system.
You are solely responsible for:
SupplyPoint Vault does not provide legal advice, safety guarantees, or regulatory guidance.
Nothing in the app should be interpreted as instructions or recommendations regarding firearm use, storage, or legality.
The app may provide reminders (maintenance, batteries, range days, low stock, backups).
Delivery of notifications is not guaranteed. Missed or delayed notifications are possible due to device settings, OS behavior, or system limitations.
All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backups.
We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, deletion, OS updates, app removal, or backup errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupplyPoint Vault and its developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the app.
You may stop using the app at any time.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the app at any time without notice.
These Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
